Retail Store Audits

With an extensive background in retail, our services include in store product safety and compliance audits for bricks & mortar clients, we conduct store walk throughs and visually check your product range to ensure all products being presented to consumers are safe and compliant with the related laws.

Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS)

Assist clients in understanding their obligations under the scheme.

Setting up of a clients chemical inventory database to enable timely responses to products selected for AICIS compliance audits

Assistance in understanding introduction categories, e.g. when is a naturally occurring chemical no longer assessed as being natural.

Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS) (ERAC)

The Electrical Regulatory Authorities Council (ERAC) is an industry body of electrical safety regulators in Australia and New Zealand. ERAC acts to ensure electrical safety regulatory systems are contemporary and harmonised wherever possible.

We can support our clients to ensure the correct standards are applied, products are covered by an applicable Certificate of Conformity for level 2 & 3 devices, and ensure level 1 devices meet the minimum essential electrical safety standards.

Our team can also assist clients with their EESS Responsible Supplier registrations and the registration of their electrical equipment on the EESS database.
Food Standards Australia New Zealand

Food Labelling requirements under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code apply for most products. Labelling requirements vary depending on the product category, compositions and ingredients, the size of the product and packaging.

There are also a variety of other regulations than impact on food packaging and labelling, such as Australian Consumer Law, including Country of Origin claims enforced by the ACCC, and requirements administer by the National Measurement Institute covering trade weights and measures.
